Servd and NIC Ice Creams present: Supper Clubs of India - a series of intimate dining experiences highlighting regional community-style meals and cuisines from across India!
For the eighth edition, we’ve got a special international feature with Chef Shruti Chadha serving an authentic Korean dinner community-style!
Chef Shruti started her project “Zahvi” as a small delivery kitchen that made chilli oil and kimchi. And purely out of love for Korean food and hosting people, she started a home dining experience serving a delish Korean spread.
In Korea, people always eat together with a huge spread of dishes on the table. There’s a pot of rice along with a stew for the main course and an assortment of different side dishes or Banchan. You share the food and engage in conversation with everyone around the table.
The curated menu for the evening strikes a perfect balance between fresh and fermented flavours.
Expect classic Korean dishes like delish Napa Kimchi, Cucumber Salad, and a hearty Doenjang Stew along with some refreshing cocktails that pair perfectly with the food
BONUS! Chef Shruti has created a super special Korean ice cream flavour in collaboration with NIC Ice Creams to that will be served exclusively at the dinner!
Join us for an exclusive dining experience on Thursday, 6th March at PCO, Lower Parel.
