MUMBAI -

Day 1:

10:00 PM: Borivali National park (https://goo.gl/maps/qvxmxjK8Tmn5JgScA)

10:05 PM: Samta nagar police station, Kandivali

10:15 PM: Sufi Irani Cafe, Goregaon

10:30 PM: Hanuman Road Bus Stop Andheri

10:45 PM: Kalanagar Bust Stop Bandra

11:00 PM: Neeta Stop, Sion

11:10 PM: Amar Mahal Palace

11:45 PM: Teen Hath Naka, Thane

Day 2:

12:10 AM: Kalyan Khadakpada Circle.

03:00 AM: Reach Base village and rest in the bus

04:30 AM: Wake-up call. Get freshen up

05:00 AM: Have Breakfast and start the bus journey towards start point of the trek.

07:00 AM: Reach the start point

07:30 AM: Start descending towards Malshej Ghat jungle.

10:30 AM: If it is heavily raining then we will Visit Kalu waterfall from a 1.5km distance otherwise we can trek till the base and start trek towards the base village.

12:30 PM: Reach Base Village (Thithbi), Get freshen up

01:30 PM: Have Lunch

03:00 PM: Start return journey to Mumbai.

10:00 PM: Reach Mumbai. (Arrival time is subjective to the traffic and weather conditions)

Day 1:

05.30 AM: Pickups from Nasik Phata

05:45 AM: Pickups from Moshi Chowk

08.30 AM: Reach the Base village and get freshen up. Have Breakfast.

09:30 AM: Start descending towards Malshej Ghat jungle.

12:00 PM:If it is heavily raining then we will Visit Kalu waterfall from a 1.5km distance otherwise we can trek till the base and start trekking toward the base village.

02:00 PM: Reach Base Village, Get freshen up

02:30 PM: Have Lunch

04:30 PM: Start return journey to Pune

10 :00 PM: Reach Pune. (Arrival time is subjective to the traffic and weather conditions)

Cancellation Policy

We understand the disappointment of cancelling a trek after months of preparation. That's why we have a traveller-friendly cancellation policy.

Pending Payment Policy:

* Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure.

* Failure to pay the second instalment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment.

* Boarding will be denied for non-payment, and the seat will be reassigned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights):

* 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

* 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

* Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 50% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon.

* Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

* If unwell: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

For Sahyadri Treks/Camping and Weekend Backpacking Trips:

* 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

* 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

* Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 20% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon if fully paid.

* Ticket transfer: 20% surcharge, subject to the organiser's decision.

* No-show or illness: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

* Advance Booking amount: Non-refundable.

Important Note: Trek Insurance, train cancellation, and agent charges are non-refundable if the trek is cancelled within 6 days before departure. No refund 15 days before NY and Christmas events.

If We Cancel a Trek:

* Natural calamities or unrest: No refund if the trip has started.

* Before departure: Full refund except for train and bus cancellations.

* Sahyadri treks: Opt for event shift or full refund if cancelled due to low participation.

* Medical emergencies or COVID: Regular cancellation policy applies.

* Transport issues: Alternate arrangements made; participants bear costs.

Trip Delays and Connecting Transport Failures:

Gadvede Trekkers will assist with alternate arrangements for delays but participants bear the costs.
