DAY 1

11:45 PM: Report to The Trekleaders at Fergusson College Main Gate, FC Road (Map)
12:20 AM: Pick Up From Bremen Chowk, Aundh (Map)
12:40 AM: Pick Up From Wakad-Hinjewadi Flyover (Map)
12:55 AM: Pick Up From Hinjewadi Phase 1 (Map)
01:15 AM: Pick Up From Hinjewadi Phase 3 (Map)
04:00 AM: Reach Base Village (Patnus), Get freshen up. You can rest for some time at vendors place or in the bus.
06:00 AM: Have Breakfast
06:30 AM: With all your belongings along with you, get onto Bus and reach The start point of the Trek which is 10 mins journey from Patnus.
07:00 AM: Post briefing by Trekleaders, Start the trek towards Devkund Waterfall through a jungle trail with water streams.
09:00 AM: Reach the waterfall, Keep your bags Carefully at one common point as per the instructions given by Trekleaders and enjoy with the group
10:30 AM: Start the return trek towards the base village (Patnus).
01:30 PM: As per the instructions given by Trek leaders, reach the start point of the trek where our Bus was Parked. Get onto the bus and Leave towards base village,
02:00 PM: Get freshen up and have Delicious Lunch.
03:00 PM: Start return journey to Pune.
08:00 PM: Reach Pune. (Arrival Time is subjective to the Pace of the Group and Road Traffic conditions)

04:00 PM: Reach the Resort Property. Get freshen up and have Delicious Lunch.
05:00 PM: Start return journey to Pune.

Day 2:

04:00 AM: Reach Base Village (Patnus), Get freshened up and changed.
05:00 AM: Have Breakfast
06:00 AM: Drive to base Village (Bhira) - The start point of the Trek which is 10 mins journey from Patnus.|
06:30 AM: Start the trek towards Devkund Waterfall through a jungle trail with water streams and crossings.
08:30 AM: Reach the waterfall, and capture the moment in your heart for a lifetime.
10:30 AM: Start the return trek toward the base village (Bhira).
01:00 PM: Reach the start point of the trek where our bus was parked.
Get onto the bus and leave towards our property at the base village for Lunch. It is a 30 mins drive.
01:30 PM: Get changed and have delicious Lunch.
03:00 PM: Start return journey to Mumbai.
10:00 PM: Reach Mumbai. (Arrival Time is subjective to the Pace of the Group and Road Traffic conditions)

A WhatsApp group link will be sent to your WhatsApp number 10 hours prior to the departure.

Trek Leaders / Volunteers details will be shared on that WhatsApp group.

Things to carry:

(Highly Required and Mandatory Things)

1. ID proof
2. backpack (waterproof or covered with waterproof cover)
3. trekking shoes or any sports shoes with a Good grip
4. Trekking pants (compulsory), 2 T-Shirts (Preferably full sleeves or Half a T-shirt with sleeves), a Raincoat/ waterproof jacket/ windcheater, hand napkin/Towel, Two pair of Socks, etc.
5. Water 2-3 liters.
6. Ready-to-eat food like plum cakes, Dry fruits, dry snacks and biscuits, Chikki, chocolate bars, etc.
7. Torch
8. Personal Medicines and Personal First aid

1. To change after trekking - Facewash, Extra pants/ shorts, Extra T-shirt, sleeper/ floaters, an extra bag to carry your trekking shoes, innerwear, etc

Instructions:

1) While walking from the base village to the valley we will make 3-4 small groups so that our volunteers can handle, count and track them easily.

2) No participant should leave his/her group.

3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any problems, then only himself/herself will be responsible.

4) Route can be muddy due to the rain and the terrain can be rough so it is advised to follow instructions and to be in their groups.

5) We will have 3-4 checkpoints. We will take a rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.

6) Please report on time at the mentioned pick-up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.

7) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by villagers or by our volunteers then we will take serious action against them.

8) If any uncertain situation occurs due to climatical, travel or any other thing, organizer is not responsible for that and further arrangements are chargeable.

9) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks like plum cake, wafers, almonds, etc. with you.

10) Carry sufficient amounts of water with you as per daily need.

 Cancellation Policy

We understand the disappointment of cancelling a trek after months of preparation. That's why we have a traveller-friendly cancellation policy.

Pending Payment Policy:

 * Complete your pending payment 5 days before departure.

 * Failure to pay the second instalment may result in booking cancellation and loss of advance payment.

 * Boarding will be denied for non-payment, and the seat will be reassigned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights):

 * 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

 * 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

 * Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 50% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon.

 * Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 * If unwell: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

For Sahyadri Treks/Camping and Weekend Backpacking Trips:

 * 30+ days before the trek: Full refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge.

 * 20-30 days before the trek: 80% refund in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon or monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge.

 * Less than 20 days before the trek: No monetary refund; 20% in a Gadvede Trekkers coupon if fully paid.

 * Ticket transfer: 20% surcharge, subject to the organiser's decision.

 * No-show or illness: No refund; find a replacement if needed.

 * Advance Booking amount: Non-refundable.

Important Note: Trek Insurance, train cancellation, and agent charges are non-refundable if the trek is cancelled within 6 days before departure. No refund 15 days before NY and Christmas events.

If We Cancel a Trek:

 * Natural calamities or unrest: No refund if the trip has started.

* Before departure: Full refund except for train and bus cancellations.

 * Sahyadri treks: Opt for event shift or full refund if cancelled due to low participation.

 * Medical emergencies or COVID: Regular cancellation policy applies.

 * Transport issues: Alternate arrangements made; participants bear costs.

Trip Delays and Connecting Transport Failures:

Gadvede Trekkers will assist with alternate arrangements for delays but participants bear the costs.
