Bohri Feast with Chef Farida

Servd and NIC Ice Creams present: Supper Clubs of India - a series of intimate dining experiences highlighting regional community-style meals and cuisines from across India!

For our ninth edition, Chef Farida Kutianawalla is spotlighting the traditional cuisine of the Bohri community in an elaborate 11-course spread!

Chef Farida started cooking purely out of passion when she was 12 years old and perfected the art by learning from her family. In 2015, she started her project “The Big Spread” as a home dining experience and delivery kitchen serving a delish Bohri spread.

From appetizers called “Kharaas” to the mains called “Jaman”, this feast brings everything you know and love about Ramzan from melt-in-your-mouth Galouti Kebabs and piping hot Mutton Samosas to super tender lamb and lots of bone marrow in the Nihari. But what makes it so special is the secret masala blends that Chef Farida makes at home!

The unique part about Bohri culture is that they start and end their meal with a dessert or “Mithaas” and as always, we have a special dessert pairing with NIC Ice Creams to end on the sweetest note!

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at the venue on time to ensure the event starts on time for all participants. Since this is a group meal experience, we will wait until 12:45pm for majority of the group to reach before we start the meal with Chef.

4. We will not be able to wait beyond the start time mentioned in point 3.

5. Kindly note that this is a set menu by the chef and single portions of each course will be served.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

8. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted for the event
